Introducing AI Hub — Summaries, Priorities, and Automation for Saudi Teams

Most Saudi teams don't need more AI in their document workflow — they need the right AI. Sadq's new AI Hub is that narrow, opinionated layer: Arabic-first, grounded in Saudi contracts, and focused on three jobs that real operators actually care about.

The three jobs AI Hub handles

AI Hub ships with three capabilities, all switched on by default for accounts on the Professional plan:

• Smart summaries. Drop in a contract in English or Arabic, and AI Hub produces a structured brief: parties, term, price, renewal, termination, and material risks — in plain language.
• Daily priorities. Every morning, Sadq emails a ranked list of the three documents most likely to slip today, based on signing status, due dates, counterparty behaviour, and your internal SLAs.
• Workflow automation. Describe a routing rule in a sentence (“send NDAs to legal first, then to the counterparty”) and AI Hub converts it into a reusable template with the right signers in the right order.

Why we built it in-house

Saudi contracts are not American contracts in Arabic. They reference the Kingdom's Electronic Transactions Law, they cite the Ministry of Commerce, and they use clause structures that off-the-shelf models routinely mis-summarise. AI Hub is fine-tuned on Saudi and Gulf contract corpora, with legal review by a Riyadh-based team.

Equally important: no document ever leaves the Kingdom. All AI Hub inference runs on infrastructure that meets our Saudi data-residency commitments, with SDAIA-aligned handling and zero training on customer data.
